Overturned horsebox causes chaos on motorway

AN OVERTURNED horsebox is causing long delays on a motorway.
Three of the four lanes on the M60 clockwise at Junction 17 for Prestwich and Whitefield have been closed.
It is causing tailbacks to junction 12 at the Eccles Interchange.
Drivers are being warned that it is causing delays of 60 minutes.
